Francisco Benero García, founder of the Benner Products brand, has over 15 years of experience as a commercial interior contractor. Throughout his career, he identified the need for high efficiency, lowmaintenance materials for commercial, residential, and healthcare projects whether new or renovations.
In 2011, he established Best Benner Building Corp in San Juan, Puerto Rico. As a construction material supplier, the company serves distributors, architects, and property owners directly from its factory and/or warehouses, offering comprehensive service and product warranties. Since 2017 in Puerto Rico, we have operated a showroom and warehouses alongside ACE Caguas Commercial, under the name Best Benner, also known as “La Casa de Los Plafones”, along with 31 additional distributors across the island.
Since 2020, we’ve expanded into North America, Florida and the Caribbean under the name BEST BENNER USA CORP. We currently have an office and warehouse in Stuart, Florida, along with a growing network of local distributors who share our mission. More than ever, we are committed to raising awareness and providing access to high efficiency, lowmaintenance materials that are safe for both human and pet health throughout the product’s lifespan and beyond, ensuring recyclability in alignment with our voluntarily assumed environmental responsibility.

WHAT WE DO
We supply high-efficiency, low-maintenance construction materials for interior finishes that are free from toxic emissions and help reduce the risk of respiratory illnesses like asthma. Our products are formulated to resist the growth and spread of harmful mold, helping to prevent symptoms such as nasal congestion, sinus infections, eye irritation, breathing difficulties, coughing, sore throat, skin irritation, headaches, and more.
They also include flame-resistant properties that reduce the risk of combustion and help protect against carbon monoxide poisoning in the event of a fire.
Our product line includes decorative wall cladding for interiors and exteriors, reflective insulation, acoustic and mold-resistant ceiling panels (available in aluminum, mineral fiber, or gypsum board), suspension systems, decorative wall panels, drywall materials, reliable fastening systems, construction tools, and vinyl flooring. These materials are suitable for hotels, hospitals, schools, commercial spaces, government buildings, and even high-end or renovation projects.

At BEST BENNER (LA CASA DE LOS PLAFONES), we specialize in providing high-quality construction materials for interior finishes that offer durability, innovation, functionality, aesthetics, efficiency, environmental sustainability, moisture and bacteria resistance, acoustic performance, and a safe environment for the health of our clients and end users.
This is also achievable in existing buildings that need improvement by using a dual approach. It involves covering the existing fiberglass air duct insulation with our Benner reflective insulation and replacing old mineral fiber or fiberglass ceilings with our Benner aluminum ceilings. This reconditioning material helps eliminate the “silent killers” commonly found in humid work environments.
