Francisco Benero Garcia is the founder of Benner Products, with more than 15 years of experience as a Commercial Interior Contractor, found the needs for Hi efficiency and Low Maintenance Materials for new and retrofits jobs. Best Benner Building Corp. was established in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 2011 as Building Material Suppliers, looking to serve the Architects and Owners direct from Factory. This is possible in existing buildings through a dual approach that involves covering existing fiberglass A/C ducts insulation with our Benner Reflective Insulation and substituting old mineral fiber/fiberglass ceilings with our Benner Aluminum Ceiling. Retrofit material will eradicate the “silent killers” commonly found in a humid work environment.
